Are you accepted to PhilaU?

admissions-default

If you have been accepted to PhilaU, let me first of all say, “Congratulations! That’s awesome!”  Your hard work has paid off and you should take time to recognize and celebrate that accomplishment. Like I said, that is awesome.

So, now what?  Now, the fun begins…well, maybe not all fun, but definitely there is some fun to be had from now until move-in day. We have created a private, social network for just accepted students. If you haven’t joined already, I recommend you do that today. You can start to meet future classmates, join online groups with other people in your major or who share your similar interests…and you get to start the groups.  You can keep up-to-date with deadlines, happenings on campus, and upcoming chats/events. You can also meet possible roommates and find answers to questions you have about being a student at PhilaU. Sounds pretty fun, right?

Are you accepted to PhilaU? If so, you should have received an email invite to join the network, so go check that out and register today. If not, send an email to Kathy at Admiss@PhilaU.edu (kissanek null@null PhilaU NULL.edu) and request your invitation.

March 15 is our Early FAFSA $1,000 Award Deadline

Filing the FAFSA typically isn’t something people look forward to, but it’s not as bad as you may imagine. To add a little bit of incentive for completing the process, we are extending our Early FAFSA $1,000 to this Wednesday (March 15, 2017).

Just make sure you list the federal school codes for both Philadelphia University (013549) and Thomas Jefferson University (013549) on your 2017-18 FAFSA form. It will be the easiest $1,000 you’ve ever earned. Go to http://fafsa.ed.gov/ to complete your FAFSA now.
