GeoDesign becomes a “need-to-know” for architects: Architect Magazine

Architects need to embrace the emerging field of geodesign through programs such as Philadelphia University’s M.S. in GeoDesign to meet the needs of the modern world, Architect magazine reported in its June issue. The magazine called geodesign one of the most visible examples of the entrepreneurial revolution happening in the field of architecture.

“With the Obama administration providing Esri’s ArcGIS Online to every K-12 school in the nation, GeoDesign will soon become a core skill of every educated American, and something that every designer needs to know—and use,” the article said.
