PhilaU Student Medical Volunteer Trip to Ghana Featured in APPA Blog

A group of 35 PhilaU students, including many in Physician Assistant Studies, traveled to Ghana in late May-early June to provide medical services to villagers without much access to medical care, the American Academy of Physician Assistants reported Aug. 28 in its PA Blog.  Another group of PA students went to Honduras in late July to provide medical care.
