Interior Architecture Graduate Students Participate in Healthcare Charrette

Three Philadelphia University interior architecture graduate students were invited to participate the Healthcare Facilities Symposium and Healthcare Student Charrette, held October 3-8 in Chicago.

Norell Ferguson, Meghan Laky and Pirouz Rezvanian, who will graduate in 2016, worked on the team-based project to push the boundaries of healthcare design, review a community healthcare project and offer innovative solutions with generative approaches to healthcare design.

The three-day charrette, focused on the intersection of design and wellness, was organized by Assa Abloy, The Carita Project, Chicago AIA and the CAIA Healthcare Knowledge Community. Students from Iowa State, Kansas State, New York School of Interior Design and Texas A&M also participated.
