PhilaU Fashion Alumnus Yoshio Kubo Has Successful Show in Milan: Vogue

PhilaU fashion design alumnus Yoshio Kubo presented an outstanding collection at the recent Milan Fashion Week show, Vogue reported Jan. 18.

“The first was Philadelphia University–trained Yoshio Kubo, whose label is styled as his name all lowercase. His story for Fall was bareback bronco riding—dangerous—and his method was as an extremely accomplished slice-and-splicer. The hybrid outerwear pieces were really excellent,” Vogue reported.
