The M.S. in user experience and interaction design program at Jefferson (Philadelphia University + Thomas Jefferson University) has been ranked No. 25 in the Top 50 Best Value Interaction Design/UX/HCI Graduate Degrees for 2018, according to Value Colleges, an independent online guide to the best values in undergraduate and graduate education.
Value Colleges focuses on programs that show the strongest job market presence, highest level of educational quality and most reliable return on investment for their graduates.
Recent Jefferson UX alumni work at companies such as Comcast, QVC, Urban Outfitters, Elsevier, NBCUniversal Media and Ellucian. Many graduates also seek a fast-paced career in an agency environment, including Think Company, O3 World, Brownstein Group, the Tactile Group, BrickSimple, Tipping Point Media and PromptWorks.
“Being recognized is a testament to the hard work and collaborative spirit of our faculty, students and alumni, both academically and professionally, who have taken the practices and culture of the program beyond the campus and carried them into the design community,” said Neil Harner, user experience and interaction design program director.
