Jefferson to Partner With Cheyney University on New Institute for African American Experience: Philadelphia Inquirer, Philadelphia Tribune, CBS3

Jefferson (Philadelphia University + Thomas Jefferson University) will partner with Cheyney University on the latter’s new Institute for the Contemporary African American Experience, reported The Philadelphia Inquirer, The Philadelphia Tribune and NBC10. Epcot Crenshaw, a West Chester based environmentally focused corporation, is another partner.

The initiative with Cheyney, the nation’s oldest historically black college, will provide educational and research opportunities at Jefferson for Cheyney students, including possible agreements for pathways to graduate programs in health and science.
