New to the conference this year, we will be setting up an Exhibitor Space for the first day of the conference, Monday July 23rd.  We will have a dedicated space for exhibitors in the Kanbar Campus Center Performance Space. Conference participants will be traveling through the campus center throughout the day for self-care sessions., lunch (boxed lunches will be available for pick up in the exhibitor space), snacks and a Networking Event at the end of the day.

EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

Exhibitors will receive:

  • One 6-foot presentation table including two chairs, cloth and skirting.
  • Organization name listed on exhibitor list in conference program book.
  • Two exhibitor passes for July 23rd.
  • Box lunches (attendees will pick up lunches in the exhibitor space).

A Planning Committee member will contact you to confirm or deny application status, and share payment information for accepted submissions..
